Brainiacs Victoria Training Series for 2013

Brainiacs Victoria Chapter is pleased to announce the  spring training program for the 2013 Ride to Conquer Cancer from Vancouver to Seattle.

Who?  Open to all Ride to Conquer Cancer Participants.

When?  Sunday Mornings at 7:30 AM

Where?   St. Matthias Church
600 Richmond Ave

Fine Print:
All riders must at minimum have a bike in good working order, a quality helmet, water, identification and a cell phone. It is also highly recommended that you bring along a snack, some cash, a spare tube and a few tools.

The Brainiac rides are led by volunteers and as such, by showing up for this ride, you are agreeing to waive any rights you have to pursue legal action against any ride leader, Team Brainiacs, , the BC Cancer Foundation or anyone associated with said organizations. All riders must obey the rules of the road!

April 21st  2 – 2 ½ hr

April 28th   2 ½  – 3 hr

May 5th       3 – 3 ½ hr
Long Slow Distance Ride
Introduction to intervals
Level: Participants should be able to keep up a 24 kph pace.

May 12th    3 ½ – 4 hr
